And for what good reason would he cancel it when he's already done his DD and decided he needs to do so? He's avoided doing RS for as long as he's run his own companies but now he knows he has to as he can't further dilute or shift to a new company like he did when he folded BMSN and went to RGBP. And why did he fold BMSN? Because he diluted that piece of crap company into the billions of shares too!
