Who Maxim ?

I assume they have an "IB" relationship with ZIVO and are probably obligated to provide "coverage" on the company for a period of time given the raise.

Maxim is a joke. Their analysts ..... a college business major could do better.

The reports from Maxim that I've gotten in the past are a joke and they really don't say diddly beyond what you see in PRs.

The guy at 2.90 persists and shows 10.7K on the bid. Very interesting in the face of this news. It's beginning to smell a bit as there really isn't a solid non public reason for that.
