Wow, another brilliant statement. You don’t make your one and only drug (product) a “Loss Leader.” Now, the Art of negotiating, there-in lies the key. Since the lowly shareholders aren’t privy to these negotiations, we’ll never know what was said to whom? Or what Amarin countered with?
Have you read Denner’s slides? I don’t believe under his leadership that Germany is dead by any means. Amarin on the other hand took its ball and went home. End of negotiations???
There’s a good book titled; “The Art Of Negotitions.” Obviously, Karim and company never read it.

Like going into a courtroom, attorneys have to be prepared for anything. Conversely a good negotiator has to be prepared for anything.
