rose, you answered your own question. Amarin knows or senses they are not receiving a positive response to the white proxy which is probably based on the responses that Okapi is receiving. They will continue this facade expressing their concern for the shareholder and how Sarissa is lying until the day of reckoning Feb 28. If there is no quorum then they start again with another proxy contest either that or they cave in and go to the mattress with Sarissa.wink
