I don't know about Grey but MIKP is EM and buying is allowed for professionals and brokers, just not retail....personally I don't agree with it and I don't think the SEC did either but the OTC said it was to "protect' retail...after this long I think the OTC has been proved wrong

Once this is deemed Pink Limited or better yet Pink Current and a FORM 11 can get rid of this: "Warning! This security is traded on the Expert Market"
