The thing about Chile, is if you are born there and are very weathy, have political connections, it is impossible to get permits, ask Danile Layton. He has been trying for over 5-years.

He just started a lawsuit with other companies to get Chile, to make a decision on permit reform asap. He bought property in Argentina, because it is easier to get permits. Article on lawsuit here.

I do like the tech, that they are using for surveying minerals. I am not interested in Chile, unless permit reform happens soon.
