Energy One Corp (EGOC)

All joking and humor aside I have a theory and it has been a working theory since the withdrawal of the Name and ticker symbol change a while back... If you all remember they (the new EGOC) announced that they had withdrawn their application for a name change and ticker symbol change because of the delays and ALSO because someone had failed to return their shares after being ordered to do so while Lazar was controlling EGOC during the clean up through the courts. (paraphrasing from memory)

Now stay with me for a moment. It is "possible" that EGOC may be putting the screws to that person or entity that has apparently unlawfully not returned those shares as was apparently legally ordered to do so. Perhaps EGOC is not filing and not "filling the shell" with their company or companies until said party returns those shares as ordered. I know I know the expert market.. lol At this point concerning the price per share the expert market can't do any more damage to the current price in my opinion and from what I have seen with other stocks over the last couple of years the price per share actually went up after being on the "expert tier".

This scenario could also apply to or include the "Pearlman shares" that some here like to dwell upon. Pearlman is the court appointed dude that at some point may or may not liquidate those shares as he was appointed by the courts to handle those shares due to the previous EGOC that did some financing through ........and had issued them shares for said financing and subsequently the old EGOC faded into obscurity.

. There are a lot of mysteries abound but one thing is for sure in my view we will eventually see the light or the dark! All just my opinions but really there must be something going on behind the scenes.

No one knows exactly what is going on behind the scenes but it is my belief that EGOC/Pangbo Group didn't come this far just to go quietly into the night. That scenario makes absolutely no sense at all.

My guess is there will be a lot of bragging and fist pumping done. Some may or may not be surprised ! It all depends on how much research you did along the way! JMO
