The same problem that existed with HemaX and dCellVax will also cripple Duracrap. That's the issue you and many are ignoring. Getting basic pre clinical test results back will not help move anything along if Koos can't put together the data and submit it the FDA. And just like the other two failures, good odds that if they do submit a package to the FDA for IND, FDA will kick it back asking for more data and testing.
