ZIVO, should probably reach out to a few investment banks and just tell them "we are for sale" and utilize their investment contacts to market and find a suitable buyer.

We have done this in the past, put out a teaser sheet, show how the deal could be acquired i.e. cash and stock, cash, capital raise etc, I don't care what the deal is these guys will always make the deal look accretive to the acquirer's company.

$200 million - $250 million easy latch on for animal pharma...If the test results are good then this is a no brainer...
