Exactly catdaddy; with financial strength there is the threat of the ability of going it alone or much more likely leaving the table to consider better offers; Missling has indicated they will partner for Alzheimer.

Anavex will not be held hostage to a lesser deal because they need to have the financing from a particular partnership offer.
