He will learn quickly or has already seen most shareholders don’t like it. I think KOO’s has made a mistake by announcing a R/S without announcing a big partner first. Without one the R/S announcement is allowing the naked shorts to cover if more share holders decided to dump before good news.
He has never done one before.
He should have done a dividend instead that way the naked shorted shares would have to cover or be responsible for the dividend on there shorted shares. Although I have seen R/S payoff big with an uplist to a higher exchange. His timing was way off IMO!.
He could also get a deal before hand and cancel it. The R/S also has to be approved by Finra. So there is still a big chance it won’t happen.
All We can do at this point is to hope for the best.
I have made so much bank with RGBP on all the many Runs the last couple of years that it don’t really effect me like it does for those who bought and did not take advantage of selling some for profits on the many runs.
because I did I’m Now riding free shares along with nice profits that I can use to reload on any good news. Until then we just wait and see.
Good Luck and Happy Trading!
