Yep got a voicemail from okapi. Doesn’t provide details but just mentions the white proxy card. Imagine it was meant to be a vague message to try to get uninformed investors to just follow what’s on the white card.

Retail owms two thirds and Denner owns 26 million. I can’t imagine the current board has any shot at winning this vote.

Any retail that owns a decent amount of shares is likely
