They have zero shares to dump, so that is definitely not the case. SBES is working as fast as they can. I believe SBES to moving in the right direction. They are not communicating as much as they should because they have to fix the foundation of the Company prior to. They just recently updated OTC with the officers so give them a beat to finish everything else.
