What you are saying here I have been saying all along. They need to be transparent which they have not done. They have until the end of March. But going against them also is they (from my recollection) are still a shell company.

If this doesn't get pink current and management shows that yes the reverse merger is still on, not only IMO could this go to the expert market; it could get DELISTED! JMO.
