Please provide the evidence of that FDA request.

You must be suggesting FDA "hanky panky", since they were the one requesting AUC for the small AVATAR trial

There is no FDA guidance on AUC and especially not when a data sample contains only two points again baseline.

One needs to understand AUC and statistics just a little bit to understand that of course.
