RMB, There's is no way Denner would take the company private. Having a publicly traded vehicle is like money in the bank as a source for negotiating a sale. That's not his style nor his goal. IF a company is taken private shareholders are paid a fair value for their shares. e.g. twitter. The investors who put their funds in a private company would need to ring the register so eventually, AMRN would have to go public for the private investor to get their investment returned along with a profit if they're lucky. An exit strategy is a major reason why private funds would invest.
