Doesnt matter what the argument is, Pebble hasnt gotten permited in 30 years even with billions of dollars thrown at it. Mitsubishi mining couldnt get the Pebble permited, First Quantum coudlnt Anglo American couldnt Rio Tinto couldnt so these initiatives are a waste of time.
