Dear Peter,

So when are you going to implement what you promised in your introductory letter to the TPIV Shareholders?

Is MRKR not following the SEC core statutory requirements to protect investors? The current sharp decline in Share Price does not bode well for Investor’s Confidence, and hopefully the aforementioned will not trend towards awful punitive business & legal ramifications.

The following are 2 recent examples of MRKR’s very curious behavior; ( i) MRKR to announce AML trial data results Q1 2022 ..... sorry we meant Q3 2022…. oops again we now mean by YE 2022 …. and currently complete silence, and ( ii) no pre-announcement on the last Reverse Split.

Please do something soon before what unfortunately seems negative becomes irreversible.
