Fellow AMRN investors, PLEASE READ THIS carefully:

On taking another look at the voting on the WHITE proxy “site” (following the link sent to me by email), I noticed the following wording for all proposals:

“The board recommends Against the following proposal: Proposal 1: Per Wold-Olsen be removed from office as a director of the Company with immediate effect.
Board Recommendation: Against
Then you have three choices; For Against Abstain.
"

What is fishy here is the phrase in RED above, the one before the proposals themselves; when voting “FOR” will I be voting “FOR” the Board’s recommendation (ie against the proposal) or will I be voting “FOR” the proposal itself?

This looks fishy to me and may be a legal wording trick by AMARIN!

The BLUE proxy vote page (link sent to me in another email) does not have such a phrase (the RED above), so obviously and with no doubt, voting FOR or AGAINST refer directly to the proposal!

I now think that voting the blue card or the blue proxy site (page) electronically is a SAFER bet, no matter what you vote.

I think some legal people here should look at this and figure out if this is voting manipulation or mere stupidity of some AMARIN personnel?
