You made a somewhat "directly/indirect " statement that only U.S.
citizens will be paid? A bit erroneous is it not? If investing in this debacle was open to the world, and all that invested had the choice to release, then how would it be at all plausible that only U.S. citizens will participate in any/if distributions?

If you have any more information on this, please share as there are a multitude of us non-U.S. investors that have skin in the game.
