Another Monday, another 41,265,00 shares added LOL. (cause dilution is funny & sometimes imaginary)
Certainly an extremely rare occurance on the OTC., LOL
The only reason I pay attention to this one is due to the major failure of controlling and distributing share inventory.
I've never seen that before in my life, which makes it worthy of intense scrutiny.
It's the worst I have ever, and I've see thousands.
It's a shite' trade... (unlike the majority of OTC tickers which are excellent investments)and has been for a very long time.
Following the OTC manual of accepted standards & practices, the Company does not know how to issue shares.
Good thing, because if they did, that would be cause for immediate removal from the OTC as well as incarceration of all company officers, as that knowledge is restricted to use only by the big boards.
And to compound the problem,.the sellers do not know how to sell the shares that the company does not know how to issue.
Absolutely no head for inventory control for the imaginary shares they don't know how to issue and that sellers do not know how to sell.
Somehow 24,000,000 shares that no-one knows how to issue, buy, or sell were traded today.
Must be a glitch on the OTC computers, LOL
