I voted my shares last week and received an "Unsolicited Proxy" (Sarissa's Proxy) from my brokerage.
What I find amazing is people are relying on someone else (Sarissa & DF King) to take care of business. If I was running a business and I needed something to run my business don't you think I'd make every effort to get what I needed? Particularly if another party was delaying me from getting what I need?

For those who didn't see it, there's a Blue Proxy card attached to Sarissa's 14A (very end of the attached document). Who's to say, you couldn't print off these pages and mail the proxy in yourselves? It's title is the Blue Proxy card. It looks pretty official to me. Print it off, get your signature notarized and send it. They even provide you an address where to send the proxy. Let them find out who you are, send DF King a signed original with your number of shares held, brokerage name account numbers xxxxxx1234. Let those being paid verify your accounts.
