There are no "millions".....the stock is currently worthless. How is the IRS going to get paid? Shareholders will get nothing out of this, because the company is a hollow nothing. By the time Luiz gets done with this, there will be nothing left. You praised Wade for years, now you praise Luiz as if he's some sort of savior. He was in on the scam, and he got burned by Wade. Luiz doesn't care about VCSY shareholders, he's in this for Luiz.
