Doc Wade owes Luiz 2.5 mil was it? 80 mil shares times .02 is only $1,600,000.00. If they are valued at .02? Last closing price. Plus the IRS is owed over 2 mil. We are owed over 20 mil. Not sure if any deal was made with IRS but Luiz is on the hook for it. Imo. Luiz deserves first dibs on the 80 mil shares to pay off irs. The irs could let him sell on open mkt to pay them off. Or? There could be any number of ways to split all 80 million shares up. But if it wasn’t for Luiz catching Wade with his hands in the cookie jar, we’d all be toast with Vcsy belly up by now. We’d have nothing. Looks like thanks to Luiz we all have a chance now. So I say he should get first dibs. He deserves it. And I’ll be the first to thank him. Mahalo nui loa Luiz
Not sure who will get first dibs but whatever happens and however they’re split up , we’re in good shape. We also need to thank Len and Mary Anne and all of our BoD and Now employees in Canada etc. They kept this all going.Hang in there everyone . We’re getting closer by the day.
