When using ALL the verbage used, it's almost like it was intended to bring closure.... To let people know, No further distribution...

Add in the FDIC website stance..
No further distribution. Could it be, they also chose the verbage to bring closure?

When waiting for distribution, and all levels of authority state, No further distributions, what does that mean?

It's not cryptic, like some other irrelevant sources of information, with a 15 year history of never once being correct.

It really truly, doesn't get more clear.
