It find it interesting that in the link that Sleven posted from Investor Village, that that is only thing Lettruthringout complains or finds fault with Sarissa out of that whole big slide deck.

I have not seen (maybe it happens often but I haven't come across it) where a company issues a statement that the record date is set for 4 days PRIOR. And when Sarissa uses the term weeks, I would consider 16 days as qualifying for weeks. More than one week and almost three weeks. Man, I am so intrigued by how so many people just love having the stock price at barely over a dollar. They must all have been short.

So Sarissa points out the sleazy nature of what Amarin pulled and Lettruthringout finds fault with Sarissa. Strange indeed. Management supporters are desperate.
