Of course "pumpers might believe in their perspective" of a faster approval path and a P4, because it is possible. Just as I can also agree there could be a decision to see an accelerated approval and another P3.

I believe that we will see P3 Precision Medine trials in PD, PDD and likely also AD.



I'm just spitballing here but since S1R modulation is so far upstream in PD, PDD, and AD, couldn't a general "dementia" trial be created? Or am I naive to think it could deviate from indication specific trials as currently done?

And to be more specific, being precision medicine, what biomarkers would be used to improve outcomes?
