Thats an old case and have been used also by WEIL in their argument in their begin fight against the FDIC Claimants but we know that it was no use as they settled.And the case here is diferent for us as the FDIC have intervened as the receiver and not as corporate.But a long story to make it short right now we either Baken and done or Phoenix rising from the ashes.The last one is very hard to believe thou I wish pray Hope and want to see as true as a true believer and fighter from the earlier days and to have lost his pants in this fiasco.
