Looks like Lifeloc is in the final stage of their new product launch. They are hiring a lab technician to help them validate and certify the technology for commercial launch.

This tells me a couple of things.

1. The product is still not ready for sale.

2. It does sound like they do have a viable product, and they just need to certify the accuracy and reliability of the product.

This, as well as packaging, are the final steps of any new product release. This can still take months to complete.

What is currently unclear, is if the product they still need to validate is the SpinDx Roadside Reader - which was supposed to be completed, and creating revenue by the end of 2022, or is the new hire needed to validate and certify the actual marijuana breathalyzer - which incorporates the SpinDx technology into Lifeloc's LX9 Breathalyzer unit?

Either way, there is a shimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe we will know more in a couple of weeks, when Lifeloc files their Quarterly, and year end reports.
