Is this person a replacement for our current IR people or their supervisor, now?

I think I have read here that some information from our current staff of 2 has been erroneous or worse...I was not happy to learn that.

Also, how old is this individual?

Experience is worth a lot....some of these young MBA's only have a knowledge of what they have picked up at their university while going through a graduate program.

I learned quite a lot from Prof. Jeremy Siegel at Wharton, with a semester at an executive training course in Philly...and I don't even have an MBA. The Steinberg Conference Center was a nice place for me to stay & allowed me to bring my wife, too...met about 50 people from all over the world there working for Morgan Stanley.
