I would never put a dime into ZRFY under any circumstances.

Not only because their product seem to lack any measurable value but because Mark Kay and his two cronies demonstrate an inability to be truthful about the prospects of the company. For 20 years Mark has dangled the carrot of "huge revenues just around the corner" as he draws his 6 figure salary and benefit package. And then, when those revenues never materialize the excuses get trotted out followed by yet another projection of huge revenues.

It will be interesting to see how the lawsuit alleging insider dealing moves forward.
