After reading Sarissa's slide deck, I am now of the opinion that even if Denner relatively quickly orchestrates a sale, it won't be a fire sale. I originally thought that there was a chance that he might accept a low ball offer, but the plan set forth shows that he plans to develop and showcase the value that Vascepa has. No, it won't be for anything like $20 or more per share. That now is no longer viable, but a low double digit per share would not surprise me.
