I thought the timing for the BC Court of Appeals decision against MSX was a little premature as knowledge of ongoing legal issues were at hand from cases still active on relevant material in Chile. There was no pressure nor any relevant reason to make a decision on the appeal in January 2023.

My thoughts were that there was a forced decision in the direction of it in order to mitigate any momentum building on the cataclysmic affect of a denouement on guilt by the BCSC and Claro against MSX !
