Pep; Please Read My Post; Check your broker again, the Sarissa Proxy is out. If that is your absolute drop dead opinion that it's not is a false assumption.

Voting the White card and doing what Mainstreet did is really okay. You can vote the White Card just mark all of your Proposals as FOR opposite of what Amarin wants.

The ProxyVote.com website is an unbiased representative for the voting. Don't think for a minute that DJ King & Co (Sarissa's watchdog) won't be all over this voting thing.

I would say, if your broker doesn't know or can't get you the Unsolicited Control Number for Sarissa's Proxy then I suggest you talk to a supervisor or better yet fire your broker at your first opportunity. Half the time when you call and talk to someone, they're inexperienced or don't know, so you need to take charge and take it higher.

I'm so glad I'm with E*Trade, maybe because they hire better more knowledgeable people. I'm really surprised that most comments I've heard today are complaining about their brokerages not having the Blue Proxy or Control numbers, UNREAL. I got my control numbers just fine.

I also wouldn't wait around complaining about not having the control numbers for the Sarissa Proxy. Time is of the essence if you want to vote your shares. Lots of posters are saying to wait a week or two so things get ironed out, that's total nonsense. If you have access to the White Card by all means use it, just vote FOR all Proposals. Don't wait for the mail to cast your votes.
