Good afternoon,

We are holding up quite nicely and the added shares now has firmly been factored in.

Yesterday was an averaging in and positive buying opportunity.

We have leveled off and generally will trade at these levels until the next announcement and it really doesn't matter what context it's in it will be a positive with respect in maintaining a trading pattern that doesn't move with exuberance or hyperbole rhetoric but a methodical buy-an-sell approach. This will allow bottom feeders regardless of when the first entered and when they exit with some assemblance.

I say this is based on a number of factors which the one main contributor is the Climate business model. This is absolutely the #1 reason this company has a shot and being a pink sheet issue is only advantages to us and forward looking for a favorable ROI that can command 20x bagger and I mean a huge plus.

The other factor is the way it trades and this with the added shares from S-1 and what transpired from yesterday's session and it may have been brutal to watch, but certainly was a great day to add.

Well, that's it for this week and next week will be a good week to pay attention. As I mentioned before the next announcement will make a run and as well small pullbacks will be part of the session. Remember the 3-day rule. Averaging in is placed within this trading margin before the next leg up.
