Nuke, there will be 2 proxies available through your broker or by snail mail. In my previous post, I explained the confusion Amarin AND Sarissa will be using Broadridge. They are the conduit for the proxy solicitor. DF King for BLUE and Amarin for white. The brokers need to educated on which control# they provide. The shareholders almost have to educate the brokers and insist they get the control # for the BLUE card.
DO NOT fill out anything on Amarin's proxy. Stay away, eventually, you will receive the correct control number. Shareholders must be proactive and know the difference. Maybe wkend and Monday.
