MRM, I get it, really I do. I'm not knocking you for it. You made your decision, it's probably okay. Me? I need to be sure, especially with this vote, my future financial horizon depends upon the right decision. It's those times when things seem so simple that we get ourselves into trouble. It's called double check and verify.

Chernobyl happened because the operator didn't verify his equipment status. He had assumed everything was okay. Had he looked at his Reactor Coolant temperatures then he could have figured out he had disabled a vital reactor coolant pump. Then sh*t hit the fan.

Three Mile Island, almost the same scenario. "A combination of equipment failure and operator error led to the partial meltdown of the power plant’s Unit 2 reactor that resulted in the release of a small amount of radioactive material." It's all about verify, verify, verify. I can't stress it enough.
