rosemount, to everyone concerned...so here's the deal I'm on with a person who knows exactly what's going on there seems to be an issue with the late date on the form for Broadridge they needed to change the due date physically cause the due dates are configured electronically. The latest date to vote is Feb. 21. Broadridge had the date set as Feb 27th. So all the peeps who voted thinking their vote for Sarissa is being counted when in fact they would have NOT been counted cause it was too late and therefore No vote.
Ed McCarthy is the person's name from DF King. He received a phone call when I was talking to him I believe it was Sarissa. He will call me back to further explain the dilemma. To be continued, I should have the dates available shortly as to when the brokers will be totally informed.
