Yes, I can only add that I believe that the market makers work to help out their "buddies", also known as hedge funds....and are EXEMPT from naked short selling which they accomplish for them...Is this illegal for this to happen? Yes, but they use this exemption which has the purposed of market stabilization in collusion with hedge funds....the SEC is unable to monitor this because of the frequency of trading during the day...

I have seen this with my own eyes....also block trading and traders know this & sometimes share information with other trading desks. There are rotten apples, sadly
