There is no Bearing Lithium Ltd any Longer.
There is only LPI now.

If anything, Martin Borda should be reprimanded for any new claims (or inferences) to the media that MSB is still in charge (or even partially still in charge usurping/corrupting our unified corporate message) or even still directly involved in leading our "newly consolidated" Maricunga Lithium Project.

If any international investor, lithium battery maker, EV maker sees such rogue advertisements/promotions depicting MSB as still in charge of this project and said investor contacts Martin Borda directly (thus circumventing LPI management to ultimately actively or passively favor Martin Borda singularly) then we have a serious violation of the chain of command and a dereliction of fiduciary responsibilities to the corporation of LPI.

Any and all publicly (or announcements) produced by MSB starting with http://www.proyectoblanco.cl should be "re-flagged" as from LPI 100% or terminated immediately and this facet/violation of the project's name/image/content brought under LPI's immediate control. We don't need any more sweetheart deals on this project... it is time to speak with one and only one voice especially in Chile.
