Yes...This has been my position in the past....and I also agree that some back room deal was struck years ago to give them an out.

I'm not anti-escrow, but I highly doubt the HF have been waiting 14+ years to get their money.

I have always felt it was a 1% change we will see anything, but its better than zero.
