I am still trying to figure out his statement that equity took control of the chapter 11 bankruptcy when they showed a (20.7) billion dollar Shareholders RE loss on the Feb MOR 2012 balance sheet handed to the court as a post RE Loss.... also, I am a bit confused, as I always thought a chapter 11 bk was a court for Debt restructure, and not a court for equity taking control....one other thing, If WMI had 20 billion dollars, then why did they file chapter 11 in the first place?...they only owed 6.9 billion in creditors claims, which included full face value plus interest on the claims...so, why did they have to file chapter 11?....I will save that for another discussion later...Lodas
