I wouldn't count anything from Daniel (he doesn't work for SBES/He is only helping out without pay) as communication from SBES or when XU says Merry Christmas and Happy New Year over a year ago. And as far as their reverse merger thing. I would personally put very little stock in that as quite a lot of the time reverse merger deals fall through and we do not know where they are except for Daniels claim they have DONE everything they possibly could and are ready to score. (SO WHERE DANIEL ARE THE FRICKEN QUARTERLY FILINGS THAT HAVE BEEN MISSING FOR OVER A YEAR). There is NO transparency here.

Daniel according to the last post he sent me has DISDAIN FOR ALL SHAREHOLDERS!

If I had a way to reach supposedly new management I would call them. I have emailed (no answer) and called them and left a message (no response) which tells me what Daniel said (screw shareholders).and that IMO is what the new management has for us shareholders as well. JMO.
