well, if you remember in 2009, a lot of bankers associated with JPM were "committing suicide" by jumping off buildings with gunshot wounds....this is to say maybe MW, and Susman were taking orders from the negotiators during the mediation hearings.. it does not surprise me one bit... Martha Stewart spent a couple years in prison for insider trading, but it really wasn't insider trading at all... she just was informed by her broker to sell embryl?, as the FDA was going to turn down the application to ok the drug...Susman could have turned his cheek and accept what the negotiators offer him, and got paid.. remember he only appeared once during the whole time the mediation was in session...even the judge was "soft" on inside trading... she should have sent the results to the SEC... maybe she got some instructions from JPM and crew to lay off...in any event, it is what it is, that was 11 years ago, and since then, no one has raised a "peep" about F/R not being enough....Lodas
