The large and small companies I've worked at have at LEAST 3x as may good initiatives they can do, but lack the resources and funding. That number could be 5x, 10x, 20x.

So what do they do?

Large companies prioritize. Small companies prioritize.

It's great Todos has many opportunities. Usually companies focus on the short-term opportunities that can make the quickest impact. Not always though, but usually pick higher ROI projects. No different with Pfizer.
