Pdude, though I agree that a deal may be made, it will only happen if Denner believes there is a chance he won't succeed. Obviously retail is voting overwhelming for Denner. We don't know how the institutions are going to vote. Denner probably has an idea. If he believes he will win, why would he make a deal? He wouldn't! Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory is stupid. This is business and the decision will be based on that alone.

Business as usual. lol. A big reason most companies fail is because they are afraid of change. From reading your posts, that's exactly why you want to vote with management and why I will do the opposite. AMRN like you is afraid of change. Though the boards names have changed, nothing else has.
I will say this for the record. There are only 2 options for this company. Within the next 24 months, the company will be sold or there will be a massive dilution. There is no 3rd option. I say this out of a lifetime of experience watching companies from the inside with upwards of a $1B in sales go by the wayside because they just couldn't execute changes needed to survive. Simply put, AMRN won't be able to grow the EU faster than decreasing sales in the US. The business will stagnant and cash will decrease. A decision will have to be made. Sell or dilute because they won't have the funds to get themselves out of the hole they are in any other way. Now I have responded to a number of your posts. You have yet to respond to mine nor do you need to. People are right to say your view should be respected and I agree with that view. You should have that same respect for others. Your posts seem emotional. Stop focusing on what you don't know and focus on what you do know. The path forward will become obvious if you do.
