I think my point was: NW Bio is now in the drivers seat. They could choose to partner or not. I think they may, but it will not be for GBM. It will be for other cancer trials. The numbers are pretty large if DCVax can be applied to other SS tumors, and it surely is looking that way. These negotiation's take time to work out between companies. My guess is they are in talks right now to start a new trial, under a new cancer indication. Prostate maybe? This news, if its does hit, will be the fuse that lights the rocket. I have a feeling these talks have been on-going since December. Time will tell.

For me, I am basing my investment decision of DCVax being approved in UK. I think its pretty much a done deal, paper-work aside. Someone posted some good this morning info on expedited treatments in the UK, and the Doctors directly quoted DCVax. I told this board yesterday it will not be months and months, or years before DCVax is approved in the UK. Regulators are familiar with the vaccine, and it would seem NW has some political clout as well. This ALWAYS helps. It would not shook me at all if we hear something in the next 2-3 months.

I am not a chartist or TA guy but the recent SP action seems as though this is a launching ground for something much larger. You dont have this kind of consolidation, for this long, without a big move being afoot. My speculation about another trial starting seems more and more plausible. No matter what people tell you, there are always people "in the know" who make decisions well before the average Joe does. This seem like what is happened here IMO. Are shorts slowly covering shares before this event. It sure seems like it. As always, time will tell.
