Look at the last paragraph in the story. In the original agreement cemented shut years ago by MSB & LiEG (ref Luis Saenz) and Crystalballs we have always been locked into paying a very comfortable "known known" royalty to the Colla tribe (Group 1) near the project... but are we now also paying the same royalty amount to three other "collateral damaged" pseudo-victimized tribes & beaners pretending to be indian victims who have lost their sacred boo-hoo boo-hoo hunting/praying/wanking/junkyard grounds and are newly "jumping on the bandwagon" for their fat juicy cut/payoff to be earmarked in the next budget as an unknown unknown? Especially now that LCE is going for $68,000+ per metric tonne.
The Colla communities will participate directly in the income from the mining operation and each year they will receive a percentage of the gross income that will be freely available for their cultural, social and economic development. This same amount will also be received by the communes of Copiapó, Chañaral and Diego de Almagro.

Geez, I wish we could just stay 100 miles away from Governor Miguel Vargas and his "crew/capos/fatass-mama-capo-itas" for the next 20 years... this guy is never-ending trouble, trouble, trouble.
