For being on the one yard line since October (per Daniel); I find it hard to believe anything is going on. We are 4 months out from October and there is NO sign on the OTC regarding any filings for the whole year (2022- no transparency) which includes quarterlies and annual filing.

The company IMO HAS NOT BEEN TRANSPARENT TO ITS SHAREHOLDERS!

Not good since we are limited pink and for the most part cannot even buy shares.
That is alarming knowing that if a company IS NOT transparent the OTC/SEC often tosses them on the EXPERT market.

Usually if it looks like s* and smells like s*; it is s*.

I give management a 1 out of 5 for transparency which is what the OTC now holds companies accountable for. If None are shown they are tossed on the expert market.

Our days are numbered unless someone give management a quick kick and they file soon.
