IMO he'll start crying, promising to change, quit drinking, undergo anger management, marriage counseling....basically continuing the manipulation, conning, and telling her what he thinks she wants to hear. His criminal record is undeniable. His last DUI resulted in his gun being seized, destroyed and him required to have to blow into an alcohol detection device installed on his car. He has posted pics of two AK-47 type assault war weapons on Facebook along with commentary. Considering his history of domestic assault, it were me, I'd ask the judge to seize and impound them until the case is settled. If nothing else they're community property unless he bought them with company funds.
